Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the Coating Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and black pepper.

  3. Set Up the Breadcrumb Station: Pour panko breadcrumbs into another bowl.
  4. Shape the Goat Cheese Balls: Roll the soft goat cheese into 24 tablespoon-sized balls.
  5. Coat Each Ball: Dip each goat cheese ball into the flour, egg, and then panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Freeze for Firmness: Place the baking sheet with coated balls in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  7. Heat the Oil: Heat your choice of oil in a deep saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry in Batches: Add a few goat cheese balls to the hot oil, frying for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
