Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley, and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, parsley, seven spice, salt, black pepper, and optional pomegranate molasses.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Cut each pita in half to create pockets and stuff with about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture.
Cooking
  1. For grilling, brush a grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium-high flame. Cook stuffed pitas for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. For baking, place stuffed pitas on a baking sheet, bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Broil for an extra crunch if desired.
Serving
  1. Once done, let Arayes cool for a minute and serve with yogurt or tahini sauce.
