  • 8 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to taste
For the Pastry
  • 5 sheets Phyllo Pastry thawed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil for brushing
For the Chili Honey Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together crumbled feta cheese, fresh dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Lay out phyllo pastry and brush with olive oil before cutting into strips about 4 inches wide.
  4. Spoon filling onto one end of each strip, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of rolls with remaining olive oil and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Heat gently until warm and fragrant.
  8. Drizzle the warm chili honey over rolls before serving.
