Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together crumbled feta cheese, fresh dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper until well blended.
- Lay out phyllo pastry and brush with olive oil before cutting into strips about 4 inches wide.
- Spoon filling onto one end of each strip, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
- Brush the tops of rolls with remaining olive oil and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice. Heat gently until warm and fragrant.
- Drizzle the warm chili honey over rolls before serving.
