- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ½ inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the third with panko breadcrumbs.

- In a bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Assemble bowls with rice as the base, topped with sliced chicken, veggies, and tonkatsu sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
