- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in 30-second increments until smooth. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in another bowl, then add the marshmallow fluff and fold to combine. Dollop this mixture over the milk chocolate layer.
- Gently swirl the two chocolate layers to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the Golden Grahams and marshmallow bits on top, pressing them down slightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Once set, lift the bark out using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.
