- On the softened rice paper, place a small layer of fillings in the center, including vermicelli, carrots, cabbage, and protein.
- Fold in the sides and roll from the bottom to create a tight wrap, ensuring the seam side is down.
- Lightly brush or spray with cooking oil for a crispy exterior.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
