Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by soaking a rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10–15 seconds until pliable. Transfer to a damp surface.
  2. On the softened rice paper, place a small layer of fillings in the center, including vermicelli, carrots, cabbage, and protein.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll from the bottom to create a tight wrap, ensuring the seam side is down.
  4. Lightly brush or spray with cooking oil for a crispy exterior.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  7. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
