Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place fresh salmon fillets in the baking dish with the skin side down, and season each fillet with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet.
  4. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and fresh herbs until breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the Boursin-covered salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and breadcrumbs are golden.
  7. Check the internal temperature of the salmon to ensure it has reached 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
