Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract with the bananas. Stir until well combined.
  4. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the banana mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool in the dish for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
