- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract with the bananas. Stir until well combined.
- Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the banana mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the dish for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
