- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your donut mold.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, blend together yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt and egg mixture into the dry ingredients and then fold in the blueberries.
- Fill each donut mold nearly to the top.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the mold for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, mix Swerve confectioners and water until reaching desired glaze consistency.
- Dip cooled donuts into glaze and allow excess to drip off.
