- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, ½ cup of granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until resembling coarse crumbs, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms, about 1-2 minutes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts, ¼ cup of honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix gently.
