Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Gently add the large eggs and cook for 6 minutes.
  2. Prepare an ice bath with ice and cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Transfer eggs to the ice bath after boiling for 6 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, green onion, chili pepper, sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey, and water. Whisk to combine.
  5. Once the eggs have cooled, crack and peel them carefully under running water.
  6. Place the peeled eggs in a container and pour the marinade over, ensuring they are submerged. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
