Preparation Steps

  2. Drape each tortilla over oven rack bars or place in a muffin tin to shape, then bake for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined, ensuring not to overmix.
  5. Fill cooled taco shells generously with the pumpkin filling, using a piping bag for neatness if desired.
