Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the dish and bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together; mix in sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
  7. Crush vanilla cookies and mix with strawberry syrup.
  8. Sprinkle cookie mixture over frosted brownies and slice to serve.
