  • 2 tablespoons Butter Use olive oil for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Any small tomato type can work.
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Parsley Cilantro can also be substituted.
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese Goat cheese can be a tasty alternative.
  • 8 ounces Cooked Pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne) Gluten-free pasta varieties can be used.

Method
 

Prepare Garlic Yogurt
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
Cook Spiced Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add diced yellow onion. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  2. Add sweet paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Toast spices for 2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate ground beef and cook for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  4. Add tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Make Paprika Butter
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in sweet paprika and cook until aromatic.
Assemble Dish
  1. Transfer cooked pasta to a serving dish. Layer with garlic yogurt and spoon spiced beef on top.
  2. Drizzle paprika butter over the dish.
Add Toppings
  1. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh parsley.
