- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of warm water, 2 tablespoons of cane sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Sprinkle the packet of active dry yeast over the top, allowing it to sit undisturbed for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of melted vegan butter until well incorporated. Gradually add in 2½ to 3¾ cups of organic all-purpose flour, mixing until a dough begins to form.
