  4. Add Tomatoes and Tomato Paste: Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for an additional minute until warm.
  5. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken stock, mix well. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Incorporate Cheese and Seasonings: Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss cooked penne pasta into the sauce, ensuring it's well-coated. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve and Garnish: Remove from heat, serve in bowls and garnish with fresh basil.
