  • Baking Sheet

Method

Instructions
  1. Crush the Oreos. Begin by placing Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs, resembling sand, which should take about 30 seconds.
  2. Mix the Filling. Add softened cream cheese to the bowl of Oreo crumbs and mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  3. Shape the Balls. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the filling and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the Chocolate. While the balls are freezing, place black chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals until melted.
  5. Dip the Pops. Insert a popsicle stick into each ball, then dip each pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated.
  6. Decorate the Pops. While the coating is still wet, melt white chocolate melts and pipe out Jack's face. Sprinkle decorative sprinkles over the pops.
  7. Set the Pops. Let the pops sit at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate firms up.
