- Crush the Oreos. Begin by placing Oreo cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs, resembling sand, which should take about 30 seconds.
- Mix the Filling. Add softened cream cheese to the bowl of Oreo crumbs and mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Shape the Balls. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the filling and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the Chocolate. While the balls are freezing, place black chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Dip the Pops. Insert a popsicle stick into each ball, then dip each pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated.
- Decorate the Pops. While the coating is still wet, melt white chocolate melts and pipe out Jack's face. Sprinkle decorative sprinkles over the pops.
- Set the Pops. Let the pops sit at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate firms up.
