- Boil 4 cups of water until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add 3 black tea bags. Steep for 3–4 minutes, then remove bags and let cool slightly.
- In the brewed tea, add 1/4 cup of sugar while still warm. Stir for about 1 minute until fully dissolved.
- Cut 6 ripe passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Add this to the sweetened tea and stir gently.
- Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the Passion Fruit Iced Tea over the ice. Optionally garnish with fresh mint.
