  • 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast Ensure it's fresh.
  • 1 cup Warm Water Around 110°F.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour Extra for dusting.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
For the White Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour (for White Sauce)
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) The star topping.
  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Chips Feel free to experiment.
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water with instant yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, sugar, all-purpose flour, and fresh dill to the mixture. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest in an oiled bowl for 20 minutes.
  5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic.
  6. Whisk in flour, add whole milk, and cook until thickened. Mix in seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Roll out the dough to a 12-inch circle, place it on an oiled pizza pan.
  8. Spread white sauce on the dough, add mozzarella cheese and dill pickle chips.
  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  10. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and dill pickle juice for the creamy garlic sauce.
  11. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the pizza, sprinkle with fresh dill and crushed red pepper before serving.
