  • 1 medium Sweet Onion Can substitute with red onion.
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles Diced.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Full-fat or light.
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Juice Can substitute with apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Fresh dill can be used.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be an alternative.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced sweet onions and chopped dill pickles. Add in the mayonnaise, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the coleslaw mix into the dressing using a spatula. Ensure the cabbage is evenly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, stir and taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the coleslaw to a serving bowl and enjoy with your favorite summer dishes.
