Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  6. Once slightly cooled, fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and top with crushed graham crackers.
  8. Serve warm or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled treat.
