Method
 

Preparation Steps

  3. Layer the ham evenly across the mustard-coated pastry, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and pinch the edge to seal. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the log into ½-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
