Flavoring
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter Olive oil can be used as a healthier alternative.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can elevate the dish.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Any pizza herb blend can be used.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or set your air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open and separate the refrigerated biscuit dough, flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Place mozzarella and pepperoni in the center of each flattened dough piece.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside.
  6. Arrange the sealed dough balls on the baking sheet and brush with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
