  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
For the Vegetables
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (Cremini or Button) sliced
For the Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch optional, for thickening

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice flank steak or sirloin into thin strips against the grain, about a quarter inch thick.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a separate bowl.
  4. Marinate the beef strips in the marinade for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Toss the broccoli, bell pepper, green beans, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange the marinated beef on one side of the sheet pan and vegetables on the other.
  7. Roast in the oven for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for extra caramelization.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
