  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For moisture
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust for spice level
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For smoky flavor
  • to taste Salt Essential seasoning
For the Slaw
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage Red or green
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Can substitute with sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
For the Tacos
  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas Can substitute with flour

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until well combined.
  3. Coat salmon fillets with the mixture and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice to prepare the slaw.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Flake cooked salmon and assemble tacos with salmon and slaw on tortillas.
