Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until well combined.
- Coat salmon fillets with the mixture and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice to prepare the slaw.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Flake cooked salmon and assemble tacos with salmon and slaw on tortillas.
