Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan thoroughly.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend almond butter, canned pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, eggs, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended batter into the prepared loaf pan and gently shake to level it out.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
