Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup mashed bananas, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1/4 cup oil. Add vanilla if desired.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut cavity 3/4 full and bake for 8–10 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan, then decorate with your favorite toppings.
