  • 1 cup Peach syrup Craft your own or use raw honey
  • Ice Crushed or cubed ice Chills the drink perfectly

Method
 

Prepare Peach Syrup
  1. Wash 3-4 ripe peaches, peel and slice them. In a saucepan, combine peach slices, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of sugar. Heat for about 10 minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves and peaches soften. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then cool.
Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  1. Cut 4-6 fresh lemons in half and squeeze into a citrus juicer for about 1 cup of juice. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
Combine Ingredients in Pitcher
  1. Once the peach syrup has cooled, strain it into the pitcher with the lemon juice. Add 4 cups of cold water and stir gently until combined.
Adjust Sweetness to Taste
  1. Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more peach syrup or cold water.
Serve with Ice and Garnish
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, and garnish with peach slices and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
