Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granola optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  2. In another bowl, toss the mixed berries with lemon juice to coat them evenly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each dollop.
  5. Press a few berries into the center of each yogurt dollop. If desired, sprinkle granola on top of the berries for added crunch.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt bites are solid.
  7. Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
