Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and mix in 2-3 cloves of minced garlic.
  5. Lay 4 tortillas on a clean surface, distribute the beef mixture along the center, and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
