Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
