In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
Brush each flatbread with a little olive oil and sprinkle the garlic herb mixture evenly on top.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place one flatbread in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads.
Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
