Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal securely.
  5. Arrange each sealed bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.
