- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal securely.
- Arrange each sealed bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.
