- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, shredded cheddar, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Roll out the biscuit dough into circles about 4 inches wide.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each circle. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
