Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s 1/4 inch thick. Cut into small circles.
  3. Transfer the dough circles to a baking sheet and dollop pizza or marinara sauce on each circle.
  4. Sauté red bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil for about 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Spoon the sautéed vegetables over the sauced dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cut the provolone or white American cheese into ghost shapes and place on top of the veggies and cheese.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute before serving warm.
