- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s 1/4 inch thick. Cut into small circles.
- Transfer the dough circles to a baking sheet and dollop pizza or marinara sauce on each circle.
- Sauté red bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Spoon the sautéed vegetables over the sauced dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cut the provolone or white American cheese into ghost shapes and place on top of the veggies and cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
