Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine orzo, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, feta, and olives in a baking dish. Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix to coat evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Fluff the orzo with a fork.
