- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off tops of garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft. Let cool.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add fresh spinach, sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
- Mash roasted garlic until smooth, mix in ricotta cheese, half of mozzarella, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spread ricotta mixture evenly over the pre-made pizza crust. Arrange sautéed spinach on top, then sprinkle remaining mozzarella and crumbled feta.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Bake pizza on a pizza stone or baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
