Frosting Preparation
  1. Beat together the softened unsalted butter, honey, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with milk if necessary.
  2. Spread honey butter frosting over cooled cookies. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
