- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar, then press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool slightly.
- Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth, then pour over the cooled crust.
- Evenly distribute diced fresh strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling.
- For the crumble topping, mix flour, brown sugar, salt and melted butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over strawberries.
