Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, vanilla PEScience Select protein powder, skim milk, and maple extract, stirring until smooth.
  2. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Lightly spray with cooking spray, then pour two tablespoons of batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook until golden.
  3. Whisk the eggs until blended. In a separate pan, pour the eggs and gently fold them into a square shape as they cook for 2-3 minutes until firm but tender.
  4. Assemble the McGriddles by layering a pancake bun with eggs and your choice of breakfast meat, then top with another bun.
