Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, honey, hot sauce, celery, red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning or hot sauce according to your preference.
  3. Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
