Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
While the chicken is cooking, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, honey, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
Once the chicken is seared, remove the skillet from heat and spoon the honey-feta mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
