Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until well combined. Gradually mix into dry ingredients.
  4. Divide batter into pans and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and mix with heated raspberries and agar-agar until smooth.
  7. Assemble the cake by layering mousse and raspberries between cooled cake layers.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours to set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy with whipped cream or cocoa powder dusting.
