Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Combine chicken breasts with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil. Toss in lemon slices.
  2. Spread seasoned chicken and lemon slices on a parchment-lined sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes. Toss and roast for an additional 4-7 minutes until chicken is caramelized.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, parsley, chives, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Fold in shredded cabbage and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Warm pitas in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Slice pitas open and stuff with herby slaw, roasted chicken pieces, and avocado. Serve immediately.
