Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8"x8" baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine fine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and ½ teaspoon of fine sea salt. Mix until the crumbs are coated and have a sandy texture. Press firmly into the greased baking dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle an additional ¼ teaspoon of fine sea salt over the condensed milk.
  4. Scatter semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut flakes over the sweetened condensed milk, pressing them slightly into the milk with a fork.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 30-60 minutes before cutting into bars.
