Step-by-Step Instructions for Copycat Nutter Butters
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth—about 3 minutes. Add in the egg and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place on baking sheets, flatten slightly, and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
