For the Cowboy Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter At room temperature.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped; can substitute with cilantro.
  • 2 tbsp Chives Chopped; shallots are a great alternative.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; fresh preferred.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can substitute with soy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Can substitute with lime juice.
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika is fine if unavailable.
For the Sliders
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns Gluten-free buns can be used.
  • to taste Toppings (lettuce, tomato, red onion) Customize based on preferences.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. Rub the flank steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the flank steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Mix all cowboy butter ingredients in a bowl until fully blended.
  6. Toast the slider buns lightly until golden brown.
  7. Spread cowboy butter on the toasted buns and layer with sliced steak and toppings.
  8. Close the sliders and serve immediately while warm.
