Brownie Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to instructions and pour into greased springform pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Let brownie base cool completely on a wire rack.
Cheesecake Preparation
- Beat cream cheese with hand mixer until creamy, then add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled brownie base and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until center is slightly jiggly. Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Hot Fudge Sauce Preparation
- Combine heavy cream, chocolate chips, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Set aside once ready.
Assembly
- Once cheesecake is chilled, carefully remove from springform pan. Drizzle hot fudge sauce on top, then add whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries.
Serving
- Slice into pieces and serve cold. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
