  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted for texture.
For the Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Full-fat and at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For flavor.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Hot Fudge Sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For garnish.
  • Sprinkles For decoration.
  • Maraschino Cherries For garnish.

Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to instructions and pour into greased springform pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  2. Let brownie base cool completely on a wire rack.
Cheesecake Preparation
  1. Beat cream cheese with hand mixer until creamy, then add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  2. Pour cheesecake mixture over cooled brownie base and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes until center is slightly jiggly. Allow cooling at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Hot Fudge Sauce Preparation
  1. Combine heavy cream, chocolate chips, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Set aside once ready.
Assembly
  1. Once cheesecake is chilled, carefully remove from springform pan. Drizzle hot fudge sauce on top, then add whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries.
Serving
  1. Slice into pieces and serve cold. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
