Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, grind 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Combine with ½ cup melted butter and press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whip 2.5 cups heavy cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and macadamia nut extract, then fold in 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts.
  3. Spoon the ice cream mixture into the crust, spreading evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  4. Warm 10 ounces of hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spread evenly over the pie, and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts. Freeze for an additional hour.
  5. Garnish the edges with whipped cream, slice into wedges, and optionally drizzle with warmed hot fudge sauce before serving. Enjoy!
