Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C (350°F) for fan-forced settings.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine self-raising flour with full-fat plain Greek yogurt and mix until large flakes form.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a floured surface and knead the dough gently for 1-2 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm (½ inch) and cut it into round shapes.
  5. Arrange the dough rounds on a prepared baking tray and spread a thin layer of tomato paste over each round.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top, adding pepperoni slices if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
  8. Let the pizzas cool slightly before serving.
